Position Overview:

Nano Clicks LLC is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and IT operations, with a focus on building, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.

  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

  • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with government regulations and security protocols.

  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and integrate them into our DevOps processes where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or systems administration.

  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices.

  • Prior experience working on government contracts and knowledge of federal acquisition regulations.
